The applicable transport authorisation should therefore be matched to the actual operator, vehicle and service model.<\/p>\n<p>Map three roles separately:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>who sells\/organises the travel service;<\/li>\n<li>who operates the vehicle;<\/li>\n<li>which transport authorisation applies to that operator and vehicle\/service model.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"10_Company_Formation_Build_the_Activity_Around_the_Licence_Route\"><\/span>10.
