Setting up an IT company in a Turkish Technopark<\/strong> requires two separate decisions: forming the legal company<\/strong> and getting a qualifying project accepted by the relevant Technology Development Zone<\/strong>. A Trade Registry certificate alone does not create Technopark status or unlock Law No. 4691 incentives.<\/p>\n

As of 5 August 2026, the Ministry of Industry and Technology reports 114 Technology Development Zones<\/strong> across Turkey. The zones operate under the national Technology Development Zones framework, but company\/project admission is handled through the relevant Technopark management company and its evaluation process. Application documents, office\/incubation options, fees and evaluation timing can therefore differ by zone.<\/p>\n
