What Is Sanal Mobil \u015eebeke Hizmeti (SM\u015eH \/ MVNO)?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>BTK currently defines <strong>Sanal Mobil \u015eebeke Hizmeti<\/strong> as mobile electronic communications offered under the operator&#8217;s own brand, without a frequency band allocated to that operator, using the infrastructure of a host mobile operator authorised under the relevant mobile regime.<\/p>\n<p>Important points in the current definition:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the SM\u015eH operator does <strong>not<\/strong> establish its own radio access network;<\/li>\n<li>it can obtain or build other network elements needed for its service subject to the rules;<\/li>\n<li>commercial terms for use of the host operator&#8217;s infrastructure are negotiated with the host operator;<\/li>\n<li>if MNC or mobile-number resources are needed, the current framework includes specific host-operator\/BTK notification mechanics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is why \u201cget an eSIM licence and then choose Turkcell\/Vodafone\/T\u00fcrk Telekom\u201d is the wrong sequence. The intended service architecture and host-network relationship are part of the regulatory model.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Host-Operator_Access_Is_a_Commercial_and_Regulatory_Dependency\"><\/span>5.
