Independent Company Representative Coordination in Turkey

Workon helps international companies identify and coordinate the appointment of suitable independent professionals for defined company roles in Turkey. Workon itself does not act as a nominee, shareholder, director, manager, beneficial owner or company representative.

How the Model Works

  • Role definition: clarify the company’s operational need, expected responsibilities, authority limits and candidate profile;
  • Candidate search: identify potentially suitable independent professionals;
  • Shortlisting and interviews: coordinate discussions between the client company and relevant candidates;
  • Appointment planning: coordinate the administrative documents and corporate steps required for the agreed role;
  • Professional handoffs: involve the appropriate independent licensed professional where legal or other regulated professional work is required.

The Client Appoints the Representative

The client company makes the appointment decision and agrees the role, authority, compensation, responsibilities and contractual terms directly with the selected individual. The appointment remains subject to the individual’s consent and the company’s required corporate procedures.

No Concealment of Ownership or Control

This coordination service is not intended to hide beneficial ownership, shareholder information or company control. Required corporate, beneficial-ownership, banking and authority disclosures must remain complete and accurate.

Role, Authority and Risk Should Be Defined in Advance

A director, manager, signatory or other company representative can have significant duties and authority. The appropriate role and authority limits should therefore be determined for the actual company and reviewed by the appropriate qualified professional where legal analysis is required.

Workon’s Role

Workon provides candidate-search and administrative coordination within the agreed scope. Workon does not assume the independent representative’s statutory duties and does not guarantee that a specific candidate will accept an appointment or that an institution will accept a particular structure.

For company setup questions, see Company Registration in Turkey. For broader operational needs, see Business Services in Turkey.

Contact Workon with the intended role and company requirements so the candidate profile and appointment workflow can be defined.

First, a suitable bank is selected, and an application is made. Then, the required documents are prepared and submitted to the bank.

Documents such as identification, business incorporation papers, and tax identification numbers are required. Documents are usually submitted either online or in-person at the bank branch.

The approval process typically takes a few business days to complete.

The account usually becomes active after the application is approved and is ready for use.
