Workon coordinates recruitment support for companies building or expanding a team in Turkey. The process starts with the role and business need—not a generic CV search—so candidate sourcing, screening and interviews are aligned with the employer’s actual operating plan.
| Decision | What to define |
|---|---|
| Role outcome | What the person must deliver in the first 6–12 months. |
| Experience | Must-have versus trainable skills and sector background. |
| Language | Languages genuinely required for customers, team or reporting. |
| Working model | Office, hybrid or remote; Istanbul location if relevant. |
| Compensation | Budget, seniority and any benefits needed for a realistic search. |
The employer makes the final hiring decision, salary/benefit offer and employment terms directly with the selected candidate. Workon does not guarantee a hire or candidate acceptance.
International companies may need to coordinate recruitment with workspace, payroll, SGK activation, employment documentation and foreign-worker authorisation. Those are separate owner processes and should be sequenced according to the actual hire.
Candidate information should be collected and used only for a legitimate recruitment purpose, with proportionate selection criteria and appropriate personal-data controls. Sensitive or unnecessary personal data should not be collected simply because it is available.
For the employer-side hiring process, see Hiring Employees in Turkey: 2026 Process & Checklist. For permits, use Work & Residence Permit Coordination.
