Workon coordinates business phone numbers and virtual PBX/IVR solutions through a solution partner for companies operating in Turkey. This is an automated call-routing, forwarding and voicemail service, not a Workon-operated human receptionist, call-centre or secretarial answering service. The right configuration depends on the company’s own answering team, where its users work and the features included in the selected provider plan.
| Need | Configuration to consider |
|---|---|
| One public company number | Business landline with one or more answering endpoints. |
| Different departments | IVR or call-routing structure where supported. |
| Remote or hybrid team | Software/mobile access or forwarding options supported by the provider. |
| Missed-call management | Voicemail, forwarding or defined fallback rules. |
Define which calls should reach sales, reception, operations or a specific person; what happens outside working hours; which languages are required; and who owns the number and provider account. This prevents a technically active line from becoming an operational bottleneck.
If call recording, analytics or another feature processes personal data or communications, the company remains responsible for using that feature in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Workon does not represent a provider feature as automatically compliant for every use case.
For the difference between automated routing and staffed answering, see PBX/IVR versus a live receptionist. For workspace and wider operating infrastructure, see Business Services in Turkey. Contact Workon with the required call flow and number of users.
